Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and NY licensure eligibility.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Plastic Surgery residency.
• Board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, or foreign equivalent recognized by ABPS.
• Fellowship in microvascular surgery is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide reconstructive plastic surgery including breast reconstruction, craniofacial, hand, and general microsurgery.
• Take independent hand and face trauma call.
• Contribute to teaching residents and medical students and engage in research and program development.

Education

MD or DO degree (or equivalent)

ACGME-accredited Plastic Surgery residency

Board-eligible or board-certified by ABPS or foreign equivalent

Eligible for New York State medical licensure

Demonstrated teaching ability
