Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, invites applications for a board-certified plastic surgeon at the Instructor or Assistant Professor level. The surgeon will be based at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital.

Start date is Summer/Fall 2027, with emphasis on oncology reconstruction, microsurgery, and teaching.

Qualifications

• Board-certified plastic surgeon with strong academic credentials and teaching ability.
• Fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery is preferred.
• Candidate should have a track record in oncology reconstruction, microsurgery, and diverse plastic surgery modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital.
• Engage in oncology reconstruction, microsurgery, oncoplastics, lymphatic, transgender, general and robotic plastic surgery.
• Establish independent, innovative research programs and contribute to education and mentorship.
