Texas A&M University Health Science Center in Round Rock seeks a Graduate Academic Advisor III (Academic Navigator) to advise MD students, manage records, and develop advising materials for the Office of Academic Success.

You will coordinate events, review progress, and help shape policies while supporting faculty and student organizations. Travel and occasional evenings/weekends may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of experience in higher education or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; five years advising or coordinating health professions education is a plus.

Mansioni

• Advises MD students on program requirements and academic processes.
• Maintains accurate documentation of graduate students and progress.
• Plans and coordinates advising events and programs; assists in policy development.
