NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island is seeking a Coordinator, Academic - Pulmonary Division to support the Fellowship Program, coordinate rotations for fellows, residents and students, and liaise with Division Chief, Program Director and Academic Affairs.

The role involves managing applications, housing, visas, travel, scheduling conferences, preparing manuals, maintaining records in NEW INNOVATIONS, and ensuring accreditation documentation; excellent organizational and communication skills

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Mansioni

• Coordinate all aspects of the Fellowship Program (manual, housing, visas, travel, expenses).
• Process applications, maintain files for fellows and alumni, and coordinate rotations.
• Facilitate interview/selection process and respond to inquiries via multiple channels.
• Schedule meetings, lectures, conferences and arrange CME activities and travel.
• Prepare reports, manage mail, supplies, and forms; support academic affairs.
• Maintain credentials, evaluations, and program data in NEW INNOVATIONS.
