Formación
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
- Demonstrated experience providing desktop support in a professional environment.
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with ticket management systems.
- Experience with remote support tools and methodologies.
- Experience supporting multiple software applications in an academic environment.
- Experience demonstrating basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
