Working hours: 37.5 hour work week (full time)
Salary: $17.81/hour - $23.39/hour
Trainee Status: Starting at $17.19 per hour
Summary: Performs diverse duties by processing course applications, student records, and certification documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with prerequisites and completion requirements. Maintains and updates databases, issues certificates, and coordinates audits of data entry. Provides administrative and customer service support including office operations, document management, and communication with local fire and EMS leaders and students.
YOUR EXPERIENCE COUNTS: Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience and/or each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
Trainee Option: Candidates with an equivalent combination of 2+ years of relevant education and experience after completion of high school may be considered and hired in ‘trainee status’ for this position.
