The budgeted base salary range for this position is $29.87 to $35.26 per hour.

The School of Engineering Faculty Affairs Office is seeking an Academic Affairs Administrator to join our Faculty Affairs team. Reporting to the Director of Faculty Affairs, the Academic Affairs Administrator will support a broad range of administrative and transactional employment processes for several employee populations, including faculty, academic staff‑teaching, other teaching staff, postdocs, and graduate students. This includes supporting data entry, reporting, and a high volume of transactions related to appointments, promotions, sabbaticals, retirements, payments, and compliance. You will be part of a collaborative team, working alongside colleagues in the faculty affairs, human resources, research administration and student services units. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, data‑savvy and collaborative, and have the ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and be comfortable working on projects and workflows using tools such as Smartsheet and Google Workspace.
