This full-time role emphasizes proactive advising, early intervention, and collaboration with faculty to promote persistence and degree completion. Qualificações

• Master's degree and at least one year of related work experience.
• Experience in higher education advising or student support is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and participate in special academic advising programs and services.
• Develop and implement policies, programs, and materials for advising.
• Advise students on educational, career, personal, and social development; refer to resources.
• Clarify and interpret academic policies and degree requirements.
• Maintain and update student files and ensure FERPA compliance.
• Monitor academic progress and provide developmental programming for at-risk students.
• Support early intervention efforts and collaborate with faculty and campus partners.
