Innova Solutions is seeking an Absence Support Coordinator in Atlanta, GA to provide reporting and insights that help field leaders and flight attendants meet and exceed IFS KPIs. The role will create, automate, maintain, and distribute operational reports and dashboards, track hours worked and sick leave accruals, and analyze absence and performance data for actionable insights.

• 3+ years of work experience in Data Analytics, Business, Program Management or other quantitative or process/engineering-related field
• Highly proficient PC skills including advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Basic SAS/SQL programming skills

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Absence Support Coordinator Position type: Full-time - Contract Role Duration: 12 Months Location: Atlanta, GA

As an Absence Support Coordinator, you will:

• Support by providing reporting and insights to help field leaders and flight attendants meet and exceed IFS goals in critical operational and performance KPIs.
• Create, automate, maintain, and distribute operational reports and dashboards to support In-Flight Service leadership.
• Track flight attendant hours worked and paid sick leave accruals.
• Analyze absence, reliability, and performance data to provide actionable business insights.
• Support investigations and reporting related to attendance, commuter policy usage, and operational performance.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities by leveraging reporting and analytics tools.
• Partner with Base Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize decision-support processes.
• Provide data-driven recommendations that help leaders achieve operational and performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 plus years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of work experience in Data Analytics, Business, Program Management or other quantitative or process/engineering-related field
• Highly proficient PC skills including advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Basic SAS/SQL programming skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in a business or quantitative discipline
• Extensive SAS/SQL knowledge and experience with PowerBI, Tableau and R
• General knowledge of In-Flight Service performance metrics, programs, work rules and/or DBMS

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range*: $30 - $35 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
