Job summary

American Cruise Lines is seeking a Cruise Director to join our team for the 2026 season. This leadership role is crucial for creating a fun atmosphere onboard, managing entertainment, and engaging with guests throughout the cruise.

The ideal candidate will have a polished presentation style, experience in cruise or upscale resort environments, and a strong sense of guest satisfaction. Full-time position involves working 7 days a week onboard for 6 to 8 weeks with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Cruise ship experience preferred, but upscale hotel/resort experience is considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Extremely polished speaking/presentation skills required.
