H2O.ai is seeking a senior marketing leader in New York City to own ABM strategy and pipeline generation. You will start as a team of one and build a high-impact function, coordinating with sales and RevOps to drive named-account programs and modern demand-gen motion.

You will lead with AI-driven marketing, data-informed decisions, and a builder’s mindset, delivering measurable pipeline growth across strategic accounts and cross-channel programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years driving pipeline at a B2B enterprise software company.
• Real ABM experience: built named-account programs and measured influence.
• Fluency in the modern, signals-based ABM playbook: intent data and orchestration.
• Agentic, AI-driven marketing: hands-on with AI tools and strategies.
• Hands-on with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Metrics-first mindset, comfortable owning a pipeline number with sales.
• Builder’s mindset; willing to stand up and grow the function.

Responsibilities

• ABM (the core) - Tier and prioritize strategic accounts and run 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs.
• Demand generation - Own campaigns, nurture, email, webinars, paid, and events as account motion support.
• Own funnel metrics, lead scoring, routing, hygiene, and budget management in HubSpot and Salesforce.
