Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM or B2B Marketing.
• Saas or technology industries experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy and Development – develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and other channels to generate demand and drive pipeline growth.
• ABM – design and execute tailored ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts and support the sales team in closing deals.
• Demand Generation – create and optimize lead generation campaigns to attract and convert prospects across channels.
• Performance Tracking – monitor lead generation, MQLs/SQLs, pipeline, and ROI; provide regular reporting.
• Collaboration – partner with sales to align goals, follow-up, and feedback.
• Marketing Automation and CRM – manage campaigns in platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot and Salesforce.
• Stay Ahead of Trends – stay informed on demand gen, ABM, and B2B marketing trends.
• Experiment with new tools and tactics to improve performance.
• Compliance with Zoot policies and employee agreement.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality products and services for customers.
