Job summary

Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC seeking an Asset-Based Lending Relationship Manager. This role will manage and maintain relationships with commercial borrowers throughout the life of their lending facilities, serving as the primary contact for CFOs, treasurers, and other senior financial leaders while coordinating with credit, underwriting, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial banking, asset-based lending or related credit field.
• Experience managing borrower relationships with senior financial executives.
• Strong understanding of ABL structures, borrowing bases and loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with ABL borrowers and serve as primary contact for CFOs and treasurers.
• Monitor financial performance, liquidity, and credit profile of borrowers.
• Review borrowing-base reports, collateral information, and financial statements.
• Collaborate with credit and underwriting to evaluate performance and financing needs.
• Coordinate loan closings and amendments, waivers, or restructurings.
• Identify opportunities to expand the relationship with additional financing products.
