Job summary

WonderWay ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support BCBA/LBAs in delivering individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, while collecting data and tracking progress.

Candidates should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification within 90 days, possess a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and time-management skills to

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willing to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children with ASD and strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple high-priority tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in their homes, schools, and treatment centers to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings.
• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure progress and satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA.
