Job summary

WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will assist BCBA/LBA in implementing treatment plans for clients with ASD in homes, schools, and centers.

Responsibilities include data collection, in-home and community-based therapy, training families, and maintaining clear communication with families and supervisors. RBT certification preferred or to be obtained within 90 days. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification within 90 days.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in homes, schools, and treatment centers to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings
• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the plan
• Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing treatment plans
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure progress and satisfaction
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests
• Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA
