Job summary

RightWay ABA is a BCBA-led, woman-owned in-home and center-based therapy provider for children ages 2-18. The position supports direct client care under supervision, with focus on communication, social, daily living and play skills.

Therapy sessions require precise data collection, progress notes and collaboration with supervising BCBAs to ensure high-quality services in a compliant, ethical setting.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Ability to collect and track real-time client progress with data tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills.
• Use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors.
• Implement behavior‑reduction plans to address challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate, real‑time data on client progress.
• Prepare materials needed for therapy sessions.
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation according to company and insurance standards.
• Track skill acquisition and behavior trends using data‑collection software.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs about client progress and challenges.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Provide feedback to caregivers when appropriate and under BCBA guidance.
• Follow ethical guidelines set by the BACB.
• Uphold client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
