Advanta Autism Care in Colorado is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy in home and community settings under a BCBA's direction.

No prior ABA experience is required; we provide paid training and full RBT certification support. You will help individuals build independence, communication, and daily living skills while collaborating with families. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Current RBT certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Help develop client communication and life skills.
• Collect session data and report progress to BCBA.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across environments.
• Assist with session materials and programming.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
