Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Help develop client communication and life skills.
• Collect session data and report progress to BCBA.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across environments.
• Assist with session materials and programming.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
