Job summary

WonderWay ABA NJ In-Home is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support BCBA/LBA in delivering in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Bayonne, NJ. You will implement individualized treatment plans and provide one-on-one therapy in clients' homes, schools, and clinics, documenting progress and adapting strategies as needed.

Qualifications include RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days, a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred), reliable

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with ASD.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in homes, schools, and treatment centers.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings.
• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of plans.
• Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure progress and satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA.
