Job summary

WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will assist BCBA/LBAs in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings, record client data, and help families implement plans. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
• Experience working with children with ASD.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in homes, schools, and treatment centers to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings.
• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA.
