Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence in Fayetteville, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinical setting. You will work under BCBA supervision, collect data, implement treatment plans, and help develop communication, social and daily living skills.

Part-time roles offer benefits based on eligibility. We support professional development, flexible scheduling within the 9:00 AM–3:00 PM window, and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently while communicating with supervising clinicians
• Ability to complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect session data and document using electronic data collection system
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members to support client progress
• Maintain professional interactions with clients and families
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
