Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA is hiring a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism throughout the Liberty, NC area.

You'll deliver one-on-one ABA sessions in homes and community settings, working with families under BCBA supervision. The role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement within a growing ABA organization.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB or willingness to complete.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to client homes in the Liberty/Stafford area.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Behavior Technician, deliver ABA therapy based on BCBA plans.
• Work one-on-one with children in homes and community settings.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Implement behavior reduction strategies with consistency and compassion.
• Collect session data and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support progress.
• Attend supervision meetings and ongoing training.
