Job summary

Applied Behavior Center for Autism is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves collaborating with teachers and instructional staff to implement targeted interventions and track progress.

The position emphasizes delivering data-driven therapy, maintaining certification, and engaging families to support treatment goals and generalization across settings.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification
• Experience communicating with families and team members is valuable
• Ability to work closely with BCBA and instructional staff

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD
• Implement BIPs and skill acquisition programs under BCBA guidance
• Promote adaptive behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors
• Provide direct care including communication, socialization, academics, daily living tasks
• Collaborate with BCBA and teachers to discuss progress and needs
• Attend team meetings and share progress with families regularly
