Job summary

A New Leaf Therapeutic Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA therapy team in Fayetteville, NC. This full-time role requires afternoon availability and offers hands-on experience in autism therapy across home, clinic, school, and community settings.

You will work one-on-one with children, implementing evidence-based ABA therapy and contributing to their communication, social, and life skills development under supervising clinicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work with clients until at least 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising clinicians.
• Record and track therapy data during sessions.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Maintain professional communication with families and team members.
