Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a motivated RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement evidence-based plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure meaningful skill development.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation, strong communication, and a passion for helping children and families achieve positive outcomes in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions
