Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism across home, school, or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain one.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
