Blue Gems ABA is hiring for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data under supervision to support meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA supervisors, families, and caregivers, ensuring a safe and engaging environment during sessions and a strong commitment to client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
