Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and maintain accurate progress data.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (Bachelor's in psychology/education a plus), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or eligibility to obtain.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
