Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will deliver evidence-based interventions under supervision and track progress using clinical software.

You will collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families, ensuring a safe, positive learning environment and delivering data-driven sessions that support meaningful skill development and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
