Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification (or eligibility), with a high school diploma and a passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
