Job summary

AB Spectrum is seeking compassionate 1:1 ABA therapists for children ages 2–6 in Missouri clinics. You’ll work under BCBA supervision to implement play‑based ABA through our Reggio ABA™ approach, promoting communication, social and daily living skills.

The role requires active RBT certification, 3 months of relevant experience, and a commitment to reliability, attendance, and on‑site collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Competitive starting pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Status: Must hold a current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Ethics & Conduct: Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the RBT Ethics Code and maintain the highest standards of professional integrity.
• Renewal Management: Must take responsibility for the timely completion of the RBT renewal process (including competency assessments) to ensure no lapse in certification.
• Background Check: Must pass and maintain a clear background check.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinic‑based setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally with families.
• Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior through our Reggio ABA™ approach.
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions to build your skills.
