AB Spectrum is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to help young children develop communication, social, and daily living skills within our Reggio ABA therapy setting. You’ll work under supervision, collect data, and implement individualized plans in a warm, active classroom.

Expect a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends, comprehensive training, and growth opportunities as you build a career in ABA with supportive mentors and a team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass a background check.
• Legal to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Reliable transportation to assigned clinic.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities
