Job summary

AB Spectrum is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) based in St. Peters, Missouri. In this full-time role, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a supportive clinic environment. Candidates must possess an active RBT certification and demonstrate reliability, as families depend on consistent support for their children.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Ability to safely lift/move children up to 45 lbs.
• Physically prepared to respond to challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children.
