AB Spectrum is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in Missouri. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 1–6 under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans and tracking progress. Training is provided, with opportunities for RBT certification and professional growth.

The role emphasizes active, hands-on work in a collaborative clinic environment, with a schedule that supports consistent therapy hours and meaningful family outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and follow clinical protocols.
• Teach communication and language; develop social interaction and play; support independence and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and Center Administrators; participate in supervision and training.
