Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to implement one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will deliver sessions in home, school, and community settings, collect data, and support skill development across communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and are eager to grow within a caring team. RBT certification is a plus, with opportunities for career development and ongoing training offered by Sunrise ABA.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
Must have valid Driver License.
Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs is a plus.
Experience working with children preferred.
RBT certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement ABA treatment plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
Collect data on client progress during sessions.
Monitor changes in behavior and progress and report to BCBA.
Prepare progress reports and attend team meetings.
Participate in ongoing ABA training and professional development.
Maintain knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
Receive supervision to ensure high-quality care.
Collaborate with families and team members to generalize skills across settings.
