Job summary

Sunrise ABA in Washington state is seeking Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children across home, school, and community settings to deliver therapy sessions and collect data.

This role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing training, and commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care to support skill development and meaningful progress in communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children is a plus.
• Experience with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Monitor and report changes to BCBA.
• Assist in progress reports and team meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure skill generalization.
