Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism, delivering ABA therapy in-home settings. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

Part-time hours are available with after-school and some weekend shifts. Training is provided and you’ll join a supportive team focused on family progress and real outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends
• Experience and passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
