Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You’ll help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities include direct ABA therapy, data collection on treatment goals, collaborating with the BCBA to implement behavior plans, and supporting families with progress updates and strategies. Part-time, with afternoons/evenings preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; coursework in psychology or education a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
