Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home settings, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under supervision from a BCBA. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills with hands-on training.

Responsibilities include direct ABA sessions, data collection on treatment goals, collaboration with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and sharing progress with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; psychology, education coursework a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after‑school hours and weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
