Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for children with autism. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from a supervising BCBA.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible afternoon/evening shifts and potential for growth in a supportive home-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
