Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from a supervising BCBA.

You’ll collect data on treatment goals during sessions, implement behavior plans, and share progress updates with families. Flexible afternoons/evenings and after-school/weekend availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
• Experience and passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
