Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, focusing on communication, social and independence skills while receiving mentorship from a BCBA.

Role involves data collection, collaboration with a BCBA, and helping families with strategies and progress updates. Part-time, after-school/evening hours preferred, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience or training is preferred.
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Ability to work with children with autism in 1:1 home-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
