Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in New Jersey. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs to help kids build communication, social, and independence skills.

This part-time role offers competitive pay and flexible afternoon/evening shifts, with eligibility for health, dental, and vision benefits. Reliable transport and after-school/weekend availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to homes across NJ.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
