Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work directly with children with autism in home settings. You’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy and help kids build communication, social and independence skills while receiving mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

You’ll join a supportive team with ongoing supervision, a flexible part-time schedule with afternoon/evening shifts, and training to advance in ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
