Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to support children and individuals with autism through ABA therapy. You’ll provide one-on-one services in clients’ homes, schools, and communities under the supervision of a BCBA, helping develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Paid training is provided with future growth opportunities and RBT certification support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of BCBA or supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect session data, track client progress, and complete clinical documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
