Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a supervising BCBA.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts and the opportunity to work closely with families, collect data on goals, and collaborate to implement behavior plans. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
