Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You'll help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from a supervising BCBA.

Part-time, mostly afternoons/evenings, with flexible scheduling. You'll collect data on treatment goals, collaborate on behavior plans, and support families with practical strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.
