Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and supervision from a BCBA.

The role is part-time with flexible afternoon/evening shifts and requires a high school diploma. Availability for after-school hours or weekends is preferred; reliable transportation is needed to travel to clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience preferred (BT/RBT role).
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience with autism and passion for helping families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
