Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for children with autism. You will collect data on goals and work under a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, supporting families with strategies and progress updates.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts, with training and mentorship available to help you develop essential ABA skills. Expect hands-on guidance in a supportive, child-focused environment.
