Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from a BCBA.

Flexible part-time shifts with afternoons/evenings and potential weekend hours. Travel to client homes and working with families is required, with supervision and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to travel to homes for sessions.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
