Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will build communication, social, and independence skills under hands-on mentorship from a BCBA.

You will collect data on goals during sessions, implement behavior plans with supervision, and support families with practical strategies and progress updates. This is a part-time role with afternoons/evenings available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
